Return Policy

  • Eligibility : You have 7 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item.
  • Condition : To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Non-returnable Items :  Certain items cannot be returned, including opened or used products, gift cards, and final sale items.
  • Proof of Purchase : Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Policy

  • Processing Time : Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Timeframe : You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your UPI ID’S  

Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items :  If you need to exchange an item due to it being defective or damaged, please contact us immediately with details of the product and the defect.
  • Availability : Exchanges are subject to product availability.

 

Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping : You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Original Shipping Costs : Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
